Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING: All US orders are packaged with care and shipped free. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

All original art is shipped within 3-5 business days by USPS priority mail. Priority mail takes around 2-3 business days to arrive once shipped. 

Printed art takes 5-7 days to ship and can take anywhere from 5-10 days to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Delivery timelines for international shipping can vary greatly depending on the destination and can range from  8 to 20 days.

 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jessica Richter Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 14vdays after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jessrichterart@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
