Returns on Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom Artwork & Commissions

All custom paintings, commissioned artwork, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Exchanges are not offered  but I am happy to hold an item if a return is being made while awaiting refund. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at jessrichterart@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos so I can help resolve the issue.
